Unlocking Presence & Pleasure brought together sound, somatic practice, and contemporary spiritual inquiry to explore how inner landscapes can be shaped through vibration, breath, and guided imagination. Designed in response to the intimate setting of Ione & Mann in central London, the session unfolded as a layered sonic journey where participants were invited to slow down, attune, and enter a realm of symbolic visioning.

The collaboration between curator and sound-healing practitioner Huma Kabakci and somatic shamanic practitioner Alicia Radage merged crystal-tone frequencies with shamanic journeying. Crystal bowls, chosen for their specific vibrational qualities, shaped the energetic contour of the experience, while Alicia’s voice guided guests through shifting inner terrains inspired by Venus in Sagittarius, themes of fire, expansion, curiosity, and open-hearted exploration.

Participants moved through intention setting, breathwork, and a deep sound immersion, discovering how resonance, voice, and attentiveness can create subtle yet powerful states of awareness. The programme concluded with gentle integration and reflection, encouraging visitors to carry the session’s expanded energy into daily life.
